Join Kelly Andrews on Saturday, February 17 from 1:00pm-3:00pm at Endure Fitness for a two hour yoga workshop experience. This class will focus on the back and core strengthening to create balance in the body. Low back pain may be the result of weak core muscles as well over stretched and weak back strength. Join us as we move through standing postures and floor work to enhance strength and endurance in the front and back body. Class will conclude with 20 minutes of relaxation/meditation. . . an opportunity to assimilate the practice fully in body, mind & spirit.
All levels are welcome and encouraged to attend. Please bring a yoga mat (and blocks) if you have them. If not, we will provide props for you.
