One-On-One Yoga Sessions

A private yoga session can be key in deepening one’s personal yoga practice.   Whether the need is for stress reduction, yoga alignment coaching or learning breathwork techniques, Kelly will customize a practice based on your personal goals. 

As you begin your yoga journey with Kelly, you can expect the following:

  • Info on how to start a home practice

  • How to set yourself up for success with your practice by setting realistic goals

  • Pre & post photos of asana postures (if desired)

  • Personally written sequence to include photos and cuing

  • Periodic inspirational texts and emails

Restorative Yoga Workshops

Restorative Yoga is a practice that supports our physical being with yoga bolsters, blankets & blocks creating space and relaxation.  As we take time to be still and do nothing, our bodies, minds and emotions have an opportunity to be observed in a deeper way.
