Find Your True North Women's Workshop

A compass can lead you in a direction, but unlike google maps, YOU have to do the work to find your destination. 

Is your personal compass just spinning around and around uncontrollably? Are the magnetic particles comprising your compass’s magnet out of whack? Did you forget those little particles called “me”, “my dreams”, and “my inner soul” as your compass spins round and round? What is your true North?

Getting to know yourself through an Enneagram assessment is an effective way to bring direction to your path. This new awareness, along with learned relaxation techniques and coping skills, will help you navigate triggers, stresses and challenges when they arise. Your new found skills will help to align your "chaotic particles" to set a new course towards True North. 

Come with an open mind and the expectation to learn something new about yourself and create a plan for New Direction by the end of the workshop. Lisa will personally guide you through your assessment results, and Kelly will give you the tools to reflect and connect to your heart, shifting your internal spinning compass. Join Kelly Andrews on Saturday, February 17 from 1:00pm-3:00pm at Endure Fitness for a two hour yoga workshop experience. This class will focus on the back and core strengthening to create balance in the body. Low back pain may be the result of weak core muscles as well over stretched and weak back strength. Join us as we move through standing postures and floor work to enhance strength and endurance in the front and back body. Class will conclude with 20 minutes of relaxation/meditation. . . an opportunity to assimilate the practice fully in body, mind & spirit.

All levels are welcome and encouraged to attend. Please bring a yoga mat (and blocks) if you have them. If not, we will provide props for you.

Join Kelly Andrews for a morning of Yoga Bliss every Tuesday at the Mountain City Community Center located at 214 College Street in Mountain City, Tennessee.  The class format includes a slow, HeartFULL yoga practice with time for relaxation, reflection and gentle movements followed by a calming and nurturing meditation.  All levels are welcome and encouraged to take this opportunity to be present and peaceful even in these uncertain times.
