Claire and I are thrilled to announce our 3rd Annual Fall Self Care Retreat at Sweet Basil Farm in Micanopy April 4-6. 

Our three days of self care include: time relaxing in nature, practicing restorative yoga, exploring mindful art-making, being pampered with healthy food, and learning about the history and health benefits of Greek cuisine - all with like minded others. Breathe in the clean air while immersing yourself in your own healing. Our $750 rate includes all meals, excluding Saturday evening, all of which will be home cooked Greek "Blue Zone" meals. Lodging is also included at  an Airbnb located close to Sweet Basil Farm.  Class size is limited to 5, and the Early Bird Registration deadline is December 31,2024. If you sign up by December 1, 2024, you will receive a $50 discount off the weekend rate.
