As our world view has shifted and our lives impacted by change the last 12 months, many of us are still "settling in" to a new way of being both at work and home. Many of us are still working remotely, and those who are back in the office are finding new challenges daily. Join Kelly Andrews (Kelly Andrews Today) on Friday, March 5, from 8:30-9:30 a.m. to learn some simple tools to assist with stress, overwhelm, mental distraction and personal energy drain. This will be a "hands on presentation experience" with practices to support the body, mind, spirit and overall emotional wellbeing.
